Terapeutic indications
For some women with severe follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinising hormone (LH) deficiency, extra LH supplementation is required concomitantly FSH for the stimulation of follicular development.
1 Luveris® is a recombinant hLH (r-hLH) that can be used for the stimulation of follicular development in women with severe FSH and luteinising hormone (LH) deficiency.1 In clinical trials, these patients were defined by an endogenous serum LH level <1.2 IU/l.
