CHROMASTER HPLC

Chromaster HPLC systems reach new frontiers in performance, durability and ease of use. Two performance features that help the reliability of the data are: excellent repeatability due to the pump and sampling unit and excellent stability in the column chamber and the detector. Along with simple and easy operation, Chromaster also offers easy maintenance, which is an important part of these devices. HITACHI’s reputation for instrumental durability and reliability is also maintained in the Chromaster model, which is made of more durable materials and meets HITACHI’s strict quality control standards.

Pump:

The Chromaster model has a new High Frequency Mode (HFM) that uses a dual switching function of the proportional valves. This mode of operation together with the fast real-time information of the control system significantly improves the sample flow and the repetition of the gradient and the retention times.

Autosampler:

The new adapted high-precision portable syringe device provides excellent precision of the injected volume. HITACHI has eliminated the occurrence of dead volume that occurs in the road through the sampling unit and which can cause “carry-over” and also the methods have added rinsing to the outer wall of the needle. The result is an accurate and precise sampling unit with an extremely small carry-over.

Column Oven:

The block type pre-heating function based on pelier control heating and cooling delivers a symmetrical and clearly clean peak shape. The chamber can regulate temperatures from 15 ℃ below ambient to ambient + 60 ℃ and can accommodate various columns.

Detectors:

HITACHI for the Chromaster model in its program has the following types of detectors that show excellent durability and stability:

  • UV Detector
  • UV-Vis Detector
  • DAD – Diode Array Detector
  • Fluorescence Detector
  • RI – Refractive Index Detector
  • MS – Mass Spectrometer Detector
